Anyone can create blips Config.AdminOnly ships as false. Set it to true and grant the nomadblips.admin ACE to staff.

Blips do not show after changing job Job restrictions are re-applied on the framework job events. Make sure your framework fires them.

Nothing saved Check that oxmysql is running and the nomad_blips table was created.
