🧰 Before you join
FiveM. A legitimate copy of Grand Theft Auto V and the FiveM client.
Discord. A Discord account that has joined the Summit Valley Discord. You must be in it to join the server.
The rules. A read through the server rules.
🔌 Connecting
Open Direct Connect. In FiveM choose Direct Connect (or press
F8 in the main menu to open the console).Enter the address. Use
play.orion-studios.xyz:2868, or in the console type connect play.orion-studios.xyz:2868.Application step. Complete any whitelist or application step: to be added.
Create your character. Choose a believable name and look.
🕐 Your first hour
Where you start
New players spawn in at an apartment. From there you create your character, then head out into the city.
Starting money
Every new character starts with $500 in cash and $5,000 in the bank.
Your first vehicle
A good first purchase is a vehicle from Premium Deluxe Motorsports, the car dealership.
📱 Getting a phone
You do not start with a working phone. To get one:
Visit Digital Den. Go to a Digital Den electronics store. The main one is in Little Seoul, and phone stores are marked on the map.
Buy a phone. Pick a phone and buy it.
Buy a SIM card. Buy a SIM card (an eSIM) to activate a phone line.
Activate it. Use the SIM card on your phone and scan the QR code to activate your number.
You need the phone item in your inventory to open the phone, and you need an activated SIM line to call and text.

Open jobs need no application. See the job guides to find one and start working.
